Life can be overwhelming, unpredictable, and painful. Our lived experiences can influence the paths we take, but they don't have to define us. I work with clients who are looking to take a deeper look at emotional and behavioral patterns, better understand their personal needs, and heal from past wounds to create their meaningful life. My clients may struggle with issues including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, negative body image, trauma/PTSD, stress management, or relationship issues. First and foremost, I want clients to feel empowered in therapy. I aim to do this by identifying client strengths, building emotional resilience, and using self-compassion. I utilize methods from ACT and DBT, as well as somatic/mindfulness practices. I also offer EMDR to support clients recovering from trauma. If you are ready to seek further support and delve deeper into emotional growth, I would be honored to support you in your goals.
