With over 5 years of experience in providing counseling to people of all ages, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, time management, relationships, parenting, and any other life stressors that one may face. I enjoy working with young adults as I have been teaching, coaching, and counseling in the high school environment for over 10 years. My counseling theory is integrative and utilizes Person-Centered Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. My educational background includes an Ed.D. in Community Care and Counseling with an emphasis in Traumatology from Liberty University. I received my B.S. in Family and Consumer Science Education from South Dakota State University and have a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Lamar University.
