About

As a native New Yorker, I understand how overwhelming the pressure to succeed can be. I work with adults, couples & families who want to see real changes. My experience includes working in a mental health clinic, on a forensic ACT team, as a geriatric care manager for high net-worth elderly individuals & their caregivers, counseling survivors of sexual assault, families interfacing with the foster care system & adults in the criminal justice system. Whatever your current struggle is, I focus on “progress, not perfection.” I’ll hold you accountable, always treating you with respect, sensitivity, honesty and compassion. View 4 Photos

I take a kind, collaborative, supportive yet direct approach. My goal is to empower you with the tools & confidence to understand your past without judgment, take ownership of your present & steps towards your ideal future. I combine research-based therapy, education & candid conversations. Issues I can help with include: ADHD, anxiety, addiction, conflict.

I'll work tirelessly to help you move forward. Meet me half way, you'll find a patient partner & coach to encourage you and explore the factors and patterns that have enabled or limited you from reaching your full potential. Let's get started and equip you with skills to draw on the strengths you already have to build a better functioning, stronger self.
