I believe that while we cannot always control the challenges life deals us, we can control how we react to them. Oftentimes we find ourselves stuck as we are confronted with unique challenges or our ways of dealing with lifelong challenges are no longer effective. My goal is to collaborate with and empower you to meet these challenges productively, become unstuck, and create lasting changes. I am passionate about working with adults experiencing a variety of concerns including ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, issues of self-esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and stress. View 5 Photos I primarily utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing as well as mindfulness approaches. Outside the office, I enjoy exploring the mountains hiking and snowboarding. When I’m not trying to keep active, I enjoy playing games with friends, watching mysteries and horror movies, and gardening. I offer sessions at a reduced fee of $60 per session and have immediate availability for both in-person and online sessions.
