About

I believe deeply in the power of psychotherapy and want to share that passion with my clients. With a warm, supportive, and encouraging style, I want to accompany my clients on their journey of healing and personal growth. I desire to help my clients learn to reframe their narratives and adjust the coping styles that may no longer be serving them. Through empowerment and skill-building in a safe space, I believe my clients will learn that there are boundless opportunities for each of us to become our true, authentic, and very best selves.

I strive to cultivate hope and positivity and inspire new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. I work from a CBT perspective while utilizing certain Narrative techniques and aspects of IFS. I believe that every person can rewrite their personal stories, liberate themselves from narratives that are no longer serving them, and achieve integration.

Whether it is imagining a life transition or navigating life in the midst of one, I am here to walk with my clients on their healing journey. In a non-judgmental, safe space, I will empower my clients, help them count their wins, and see and experience their strengths, allowing them to tap into their courage while they move through uncertainty and change.
