About

I offer individual, couple and family therapy using a marriage and family therapy systemic approach. Through the use of a systemic approach, I explore the issues you bring to therapy in the context of your world and important relationships in your life. My role as a therapist is to empower you to help yourself. I believe when we personally see the need for change and are intrinsically motivated to change, we experience movement in therapy at a much faster rate than if we are pushed to change by outside sources. Let me help you find your intrinsic self-worth.

My CSAT, EMDR and Pia Mellody training helps me identify and address addictive behaviors, as well as, the underlying issues, including trauma, that are often present with addiction. It is important to me to treat all parts of the family system affected by addiction.

I have a passion for what I do and I believe it is reflective in my work. Helping people heal and recognize their self-worth is my goal as a therapist. I am continually seeking opportunities to improve myself as a therapist to better serve my clients.
