I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience working with adults facing serious mental illness in various settings, including community-based positions, individual counseling, group facilitation, and assessment. I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, psychosis, adjustment issues, grief and loss, substance use disorders, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, trauma, and more.
