About

You matter, and you do not need to wait to feel better. Feelings of depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, strained relationships and life’s transitions can be painful. Give yourself the gift of support and learn to manage the present as you heal from your past.

My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, trusting and nonjudgmental environment where we can discuss the issues most important to you. I want to help you find compassion for yourself, nurture your strengths and passions while finding healthy means of coping with stressors.

I am an experienced, compassionate clinician who will meet you where you are using a person-centered lens. I have a varied approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and have intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
