Do you feel alone, confused, lost and thoroughly misunderstood? Do you feel anxious, sad, and unmotivated? There is a place to come and to make sense of difficult questions. Are you asking: Why are my relationships not lasting? Why am I always extremely nervous? How do I gain confidence? Am I ready to change schools or move on to new employment? Why can’t I stop crying? I am here to listen. Please bring these concerns to me and we can navigate and examine them together. Here is a bit of a twist to my approach. Therapy On The Move will meet you virtually and sometimes in person at museums, parks, and gardens. Move to HEAL! I use various modalities, including psychoanalytic, CBT and DBT. I believe that each client is unique and the therapeutic encounters are personally configured around my client’s needs. Anyone (especially young adults) struggling with relationship, behavioral, emotional, and vocational challenges can seek our assistance. Everyone has bad days, and we all sometimes feel overwhelmed. What you are feeling, we’ve all felt at some point in time. Sometimes all that is needed is a safe space to say the things that we are afraid to tell others. We all want to be heard and understood through uncertain times.
