Therapy can be "hard work," and you are worth it. You are the single most important relationship that you will have in your life. I want to support you in reaching self-acceptance and self-empowerment, which in turn will lead you to experience more meaningful and fulfilling relationships with others. I am an empathic active listener who will assist you in discovering and recovering parts of yourself, who will challenge your limiting beliefs and expose maladaptive patterns of behavior, and who will support you as you process the myriad of emotions that you are carrying.
