Health and wellness coaching focuses on a whole wellness approach by integrating mind, body, and spirit. Mental wellness is the work of identifying and processing thoughts and feelings. Body wellness focuses on developing a physical and nutritional balance. Movement can improve aging, mental wellness, clarity, strength, flexibility and mobility. Our ability to optimize movement relies on how we fuel our bodies. Nutrition can be overwhelming, confusing and sometimes defeating. It’s important to develop an understanding of your body and what it means to provide yourself with the nutrients required for optimal wellness.

Our work will focus on identifying negative core beliefs and how thoughts impact self-worth/esteem. Work may include developing new skills to manage stress, sleep, big life transitions, anxiety, and depression. From a fitness and nutritional perspective we will work together to determine how to move and fuel your body to achieve optimal personal wellness.

Women's health and how their bodies change through the aging process needs to be better understood and celebrated. Connecting to and understanding your body and how to best manage your experience through the transitions from perimenopause to menopause, into postmenopause will be empowering and life changing.
