I use evidence-based counseling theories to help clients struggling with issues such as anxiety and depression. In addition to work that I encourage clients to do within themselves, I also work with them to help establish and maintain personal boundaries in relationships with others. Some of my clinical interests include pre-marital/marital topics, women's issues including parenting from birth to adulthood, and health concerns including undiagnosed medical problems. I believe that all truth is God's truth and will view each concern through a biblical lens before (and while) applying strength-based, empirically sound counseling theories such as cognitive behavioral therapy and emotional focused therapy. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I strive to help clients improve their overall wellbeing. Do not hesitate to reach out if you are in need of a listening ear. I offer both in person and telehealth options and am licensed to serve clients in the state of Oklahoma.
