I work with adults & couples who feel anxiety, overwhelm, and shame (sometimes like an 'imposter') in their lives, as well as with those who want to learn how to have healthier conflict in order to feel more secure in their romantic relationships. I help you better understand your emotions, practice boundary setting, balance control with acceptance, and learn how to re-regulate your nervous system. In addition to therapy, I also offer financial coaching to individuals/couples who feel overwhelmed by money stress and want to feel more secure in their financial wellbeing by exploring the emotional & psychological aspects of money. I practice trauma-informed Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gestalt therapies, as well as body based mindfulness because our emotions, fears, and wounds are as much in our bodies as they are in our minds. Creativity, vulnerability, and playfulness in session help us resolve your emotional 'unfinished business' and allow you to feel more whole. Sometimes it feels like the biggest obstacle to therapy is the 'getting started' part. All you need to be ready is curiosity. If you're curious, let's talk! Call or email me for a free 15 minute phone consultation.
