I am a Licensed Master Social Worker specializing in mental health counseling with children, adolescents, and their families. I provide a safe and caring space where clients are given the opportunity to work toward achieving mental wellness, peace, and happiness. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral disturbances, social and emotional issues, parent/child relationships, parenting, and behavior management. I work closely with parents and school personnel to assist clients in achieving their goals in the home and school settings, as well as in therapy. I believe that a therapeutic approach encompassing all environments in which the client exists is important in order to establish a sense of consistency and safety for everyone involved. Whether I am working with adults or children, I believe a positive relationship and communication are key.
