About

Let’s be honest: starting therapy can sound intimidating. Are you feeling stuck in a relationship that's lost its spark? Dealing with the aftermath of infidelity? Perhaps it seems like your family members are speaking different languages, leaving you feeling disconnected and frustrated. Or maybe you've just moved out on your own for the first time, negotiating new boundaries with your parents as you navigate independence. Are past traumas resurfacing as you transition into adulthood? Maybe you see your daughter, who was once an outgoing beam of light, starting to recluse and close off from friends at school.

I work with families of all compositions, relationships of any nature (including couples and polyamorous dynamics), older teens and young adults facing life's transitions, and addressing women's issues to help women feel accepted and confident in their skin from ages 10 and up.

If this resonates with you, or if you're grappling with anxiety, navigating life changes, struggling with your sense of identity and self-confidence, or simply seeking a friendly and understanding ear to help untangle the thoughts in your mind, come have a seat in my office (or a nice cozy spot if we meet virtually)!
