About

Welcome! Therapy has the potential to positively change the direction of your life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with both adults and adolescents for the past 25 years. My work with clients centers around dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, social issues, life transitions, as well as, school and work-related difficulties. I have extensive experience working with both undergraduate and graduate level college students. I offer a judgement-free atmosphere where individuals can feel validated and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

It is important that you find a therapist that you feel comfortable with and trust in order to participate in the counseling process. I also believe that it is important that the therapist provides a supportive and accepting environment for the individual to feel heard and ultimately reach their personal goals.

I received my undergraduate degree from Boston College. My graduate work was completed at The College of New Jersey. I am a caring psychotherapist who has worked in hospitals, schools, and private practice.
