About

Calls/emails are returned by our Care Coordinator. My clients tell me, "I'm just going through the motions and sometimes I don't think I can take it anymore. I feel like I'm on the edge of a breakdown. I judge everything I say and do, and I can't stop thinking about my past. I'm always wishing for something different or beating myself up for what I do and who I am. It's not even like everything is bad, I just expect it to be. Sometimes I just wish I could start all over again and do everything differently. Why can't I just be normal?" I hear you and I'd be genuinely honored to help.

I hold space for people who come to me with grief, anxiety, OCD, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I believe in having a lot of tools in my toolbox because every one of my clients is different - and I treasure your individual way of being in the world. I am also a believer in the healing power of community connection.

I know it can be very hard to begin working with a therapist and I will meet you where you are. I expect it will take time to build trust, and I look forward to co-creating a space where you can feel comfortable to explore what's holding you back.
