Let’s be honest, life can sometimes be hard to live, but it doesn’t have to be. Everyone is entitled to a life of joy. At times our circumstances, trauma, mental health diagnosis, and/or medical condition may seem to stand in the way of that. With the right therapist you can find joy and life can feel better to live. A bit about me, my education is from Stony Brook University where I am a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society. Beyond clinical therapy the experience I have is in school and community social work as well as crisis management, intervention, and assessment. I am working towards my PMH-C, to gain expertise when working with PPD, traumatic birth, and loss. I believe most people are trying to be a better person today than they were yesterday. Without judgement, I will guide you through how to best manage what is holding you back from a life of joy.
