I won’t give a long spiel about hope and joy here, but what I will say is that life is hard and therapy can be really helpful in managing the ways in which what we have been through impacts us. My therapy approach is client-centered and I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist. I have experience in trauma-focused, attachment based, and cognitive behavioral models, and my framework is largely influenced by Internal Family Systems. I work with children (3-18 years old), young adults, adults, and families. I hope to support my clients in deepening their relationship with themselves and assist them in developing integrative ways of living to balance life’s challenges. Send me an email, text, or call to connect, and we’ll go from there.
