Hi! I am a clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience working with youth and families in San Diego (including Rady Children's Hospital). I teach strategies for emotional resilience and coping confidence, as well as healing from traumatic experiences. I specialize in eating disorders & addiction, adolescent mental health, and family therapy. I have years of leading intensive treatment programs and working with acute mood and behavioral disorders.
