Are you feeling stuck in a cycle of anxiety or depression and feeling like it will never end? Are you feeling so weighed down by trauma and pain that you are unable to enjoy your daily life? Are you struggling in your relationship and looking for answers? Maybe you’re tired of looking around and seeing others happy and wondering what is wrong with you. Maybe you have a neurodivergent brain, and have no idea how to thrive in the adversity that comes along with it. Maybe you are trying to break the cycle of generational trauma, and looking for support. My extensive experience in working with high risk populations informs my practice and allows me to create a warm, relatable, and supportive environment that is tailored to each of my client’s specific needs. As a fellow neurodivergent individual, I understand the importance of individualized treatment using a multitude of therapeutic approaches. I know what is like to feel like no one understands you, and it is my goal to have a space where any and all feel safe and empowered to live their lives in ways that bring them joy and peace. Together, we will set goals and develop skills that allow you to thrive and approach each day with confidence in yourself and your abilities.
