About

Blending intuition and compassion I assist clients to gain a better understanding of themselves and their values and to identify patterns that hinder positive experiences and relationships. I am drawn towards a trauma informed, person-centered, experiential approach, in tandem with the application of tangible strategies and coping skills. In my work as a grief counselor, individually and in groups, I draw upon my personal experience moving through complicated grief, bringing the intersection of my clinical skill and lived experience of harnessing the healing benefits of empathic grief support.

I weave my decade of experience working as an executive functioning specialist into my therapy. I am uniquely poised to appreciate the strengths that clients with ADHD bring along with the frustrations and added difficulties they may suffer. I am also trained in EMDR and am able to either weave this technique into talk therapy or offer it as a sole focus.

I am also interested in supporting the unique journey that caregivers experience as they aim to raise and support their children‘s growth. I bring my clinical skills to parent coaching sessions, offering opportunity for self-reflection and concrete strategies to manage specific issues. I invite you to reach out to me to see if I might be a source of support.
