About

**Please note that I am not accepting new patients at this time.** Relationships are central to the human experience. They shape our expectations about the world, our interactions, and others in our lives. At times, our experiences can leave us feeling dissatisfied, disconnected, and even disillusioned. I am a licensed clinical and health psychologist, working with adults seeking treatment for depression, anxiety, maternal mental illness, vicarious trauma, and those managing life transitions.

Psychotherapy can lead to better relationships and overall health by providing opportunities to explore your unique questions and challenges. I seek to provide individuals with a safe space where we can work toward change collaboratively. I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual client's needs.

I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral approaches as appropriate. Additionally, I have advanced training in health psychology, which focuses on the mind-body connection in individuals managing disability or illness.
