About

As a therapist’s therapist, I specialize in working with clinicians, solo parents, & individuals experiencing loss. I assist with caregiver burnout and those burdened by emotional and mental labor who have reached a breaking point. Having walked this path as a survivor, educator, parent, therapist, and creative, I’m here to help you find ways to live more freely and less burdened, with a focus on Empathy, Empowerment, Autonomy, and Resolution. I often use narrative approaches to assist clients in restoring their experiences and developing a sense of agency and control, particularly in the context of past traumatic experiences. I often use narrative approaches to assist clients in restoring their experiences and developing a sense of agency and control, particularly in the context of past traumatic experiences. Together, we’ll cultivate self-care that evolves into Soul-Care through restorative practices and wellness techniques.

I bring a fun, energetic spirit to my work, driven by a deep empathy from my own journey. I’m passionate about helping others, especially those who find themselves in caregiving roles and feel burnt out. Let’s collaborate to address your unique challenges with confidential, compassionate, and inclusive care. I look forward to meeting you!
