About

I am a COVID cautious clinician. Therapy and reaching out for support is hard, especially being a part of the LGBTQ+ community because of the marginalization and oppression experienced when seeking this support. I am actively working to change that narrative and provide a space where you can be 100% authentically yourself without fear or judgment. YOU are the leader in your mental health journey and you deserve to feel that way. Unpacking trauma, learning to communicate, and setting boundaries are things that I enjoy working with people on, though there are many other things.

I am a queer therapist in the Capital Region of New York looking to support you in whatever way you may need it. I utilize several approaches like ACT, DBT, and person-centered therapy to provide you the services unique to your needs, as everyone's different. I look at systems in play when working with folks because sometimes, it's not you.

If you are looking for a safe, peaceful, fun, energetic yet supportive place to decompress, unpack, process, and heal, I want to meet you. Therapy can be hard sometimes and it's important to not only recognize the inner strength you do have, but recognize that strength is also reaching out for support to whomever that may be, and I'm proud of you.
