Who we are, who we want to be, and how we show up can be different! I understand firsthand how the intersectionality of the multiple identities we all carry, along with life experiences can have a profound impact on our wellness and equilibrium. The great news is, I believe we all possess the skills necessary to be the best version of ourselves while acknowledging all of our individual parts that make us unique. As the founding therapist of Clover Care Counseling and Wellness, I believe it is never too late to start on the journey of self-discovery and transformation and I'm here to facilitate that space, We'll use a dynamic approach to disrupt negative, internal thoughts while simultaneously developing your new narrative. As an EMDR trained therapist who uses an attachment lens, we'll also incorporate relational therapy, parts work, and cognitive techniques. I bring extensive experience with teens, families, females, & young adults. As your clinician, I aim to create a collaborative and supportive space that allows you to navigate the painful moments while simultaneously celebrating the joy of the journey. We will identify and develop the coping skills to navigate the pain, regain control, center peace, and seamlessly weave the multiple identities together to become whole.
