About

Throughout our clinical experience at Better Lives Building Tribes (BLBT), we have learned that people are learning the most about themselves through their interactions with other people. But interactions with other people are complicated and people often need help navigating conflict, conflict resolution, and setting boundaries amidst already struggling self-esteem and self-worth. How we feel about ourselves has everything to do with our ability to defend ourselves, verbalize our own needs, and come up with creative solutions to our interpersonal hurdles. If you find yourself having difficulties with others, we are here to help.

Here at BLBT, we have a variety of evidence-based theoretical models that help create resolution in our interpersonal dynamics. With a strong Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach, we will offer tangible, measurable solutions and creative ideas that you will feel confident about incorporating into your life.

Please reach out to us to see if we would be a good fit in your therapeutic journey. We are able to offer free 15 minute consultations and we pride ourselves on getting back to all inquiries in a timely manner. Feedback is always welcome and we are just as committed to finding your best fit as you are in finding the fit that leads to behavioral change.
