I am constantly humbled by the ways those I work with teach me and make me a better human, and I believe we all have within us the innate, resilient power to heal ourselves. You want your life to look different, but you may not know where to start or even what that means. I believe the therapeutic relationship thrives on genuine empathy and nonjudgment, which supports change. I enjoy working with people to improve their quality of life by healing trauma and challenging unhelpful patterns of behavior and thought, and have experience and interest in supporting individuals with trauma recovery and severe persistent mental illness. I believe in providing a space that is non-judgmental, strengths-based, and promotes safety and wellness. I provide evidence-based interventions and the foundation of my treatment is collaborative and person-centered. The interventions I use depend on what your unique self needs and feels supported by that will best support your growth and healing. Finding a therapist can be overwhelming and scary, and I understand finding the right fit is important. I encourage you to set up an initial consultation with me to see if what I offer is right for you. Feel empowered to be curious about our work together and what pulls you to exploring therapy!
