Life is unpredictable and can be difficult to navigate alone- and that is why I became a mental health therapist! I provide coping skills, talk-therapy, and other techniques (catered to each individual) to allow for a safe-space to explore emotions and process what is going on. I am a huge advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and yearn to build a safe and easily accessible space for anyone who needs a little extra support. I provide genuine, unbiased, and supportive therapy to clients from all backgrounds. I work most closely with the LGBTQ+ community, anxiety, and depression. The most important aspect in therapy is the relationship that is built between the therapist and the client. I conduct each session with the knowledge that the client is the expert of their lives. I would love to schedule a 15-minute phone call to introduce myself in more detail and answer any questions that may arise.
