About

I'm a psychologist with specialized training in grief therapy and working with college students. My goal is to create a therapeutic space and relationship in which you feel safe and open to exploring past experiences, relationships, and identities that may be influencing the reasons you sought therapy. We will work together collaboratively as you move towards greater self-understanding, self-compassion, behavioral changes, and more fulfilling relationships. View 5 Photos

My therapeutic style is collaborative, direct, and warm. I integrate several different therapeutic approaches, including interpersonal, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral. I specialize in providing teletherapy, and I provide online therapy to clients who reside anywhere in the state of Maine.

I primarily work with individual adults who are experiencing emotional distress (e.g., anxiety, depression), grief and loss, relationship issues, or adjusting to life changes (e.g., family changes, career & college transitions). Additionally, I am experienced with identity-based work (e.g., sexual orientation, gender identity, immigrant identities).
