If you are struggling with stress, sadness, rage, overwhelm, and loss, I can help. As you move through your current struggles, would you like to work together for connection, healing, learning, and liberation? Would you like to explore all aspects of your identity and how they are uniquely connected to community, culture, family, history, and structural power? Would you like to tell your story and have someone bear witness to the telling? With a warm, empathic, listening, and embodied style, I focus on identifying wellness strategies, creating communities of support and healing while connecting people to necessary resources. I use multiple pathways to healing, taking into account family, community, social, political, and economic influences on our being, thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I create space for spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness. My approach is trauma informed, parts informed, somatic, healing focused, culturally grounded, and liberation oriented. I hold space for naming cultural wisdom, exploring the impact of oppression on BIPOC communities, and creating liberatory and healing wellness strategies. Therapy is not just providing you with solutions, it is also about supporting you in crafting your own paths and solutions. I believe that many of the answers are within you.
