About

Every person has resilience and the capacity to heal. In my clinical practice, I seek to help people build a life of their choosing. I am a therapist who will affirm and support my clients as they investigate their identities, life experiences, and values. I use methods including EMDR, DBT, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and relational therapy.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. I also specialize in working with professionals with high-stress jobs such as healthcare and education. I offer in-person sessions in downtown Brattleboro, VT, telehealth sessions in VT and MA, and outdoor walk-and-talk sessions using trail systems in VT.

I have great admiration for people who want to do the hard work of building resilience, overcoming obstacles, and building a life in alignment with their values. If you feel that we might collaborate well in this endeavor, please reach out.
