About

Feeling stuck, disconnected, or burdened by shame? I help individuals like you navigate these struggles, uncover what's holding you back, and release these binds by using my innate gifts of attunement and communication, in combination with my dedication, experience, and thorough training in trauma and attachment. Helping people like you is my life's work. While I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I specialize in supporting gay and queer men and those dealing with childhood trauma.

I specialize in guiding people how to notice, understand, and use their feelings to be more connected to themselves, others, and the world. I have a lot of experience and training in this specialty. It's called Internal Family Systems (IFS). I even help other therapists learn IFS.

I am gentle, humorous, non-judgmental, and spiritual, as a therapist and a person. I believe love is the core, mysterious, and wondrous truth of the universe. Beyond therapy, I find joy in running, quality time with my husband, being around dogs, sports podcasts, Drag Race, nature, Instagram memes, and gaming. Let's connect in a free introductory call.
