About

I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Purpose and meaning, and how we get there, is different for everyone. I enjoy working with women and men ages 25-65. During these difficult and tumultuous times, both women and men are coming into their power and may be experiencing relational issue challenges, sleep disruptions, and symptoms (ie. perio-menopause/menopause and men's passages). I am an eclectic therapist, using best practice, evidence-based interventions, spiritual connection, and experiential art therapy. The underpinning of my approach is authentic person centered, existential and conversational talk therapy. View 7 Photos

In recognizing the immense potential we have to grow, heal and create, I offer a nurturing and secure environment for deep self-reflection, exploration of individuals' worldview, strengths, and existential needs, alongside an evaluation of cognitive flexibility - ultimately creating room for transformation.

I am passionate about helping others in their journey, being a Sherpa of sorts, as I walk alongside them through their discomfort, missteps, and perceived obstacles, until they find their balance of acceptance, change, growth and healing.
