At what point does the pain of coping with the challenges in our complex lives require us to reach out? When do you say "it ends with me but I need help to do this". I work with cycle breakers. My passion is to release marriages and individuals from the old patterns that often bind us to reactions that don't serve us or our hopes and dreams for the future. We want both comfort and tools. We want to be responsible but not so overwhelmed we can't breathe or take care of ourselves. I got you and I get it. I have been in practice over 28 years. I have an interactive, creative and direct approach that offers education, humor and skills to heal from trauma. I am pleased to add IMAGO Relationship therapy as I pursue my certification in this powerful tool. I have a long and diverse breadth of experiences that inform treatment with many options for your journey. Heart broken individuals and couples want to experience peace and connection.
