About

Grounded in a person-centered perspective, I deeply believe that each of us is the true expert on ourselves. As such, it is important that I provide a space that nourishes trust, self-compassion and exploration. My approach encompasses a variety of evidenced based interventions and my goal is to help identify and nourish strengths, to reframe situations, thoughts or feelings that have previously caused suffering, and to explore meaning and purpose.

In my practice, I often utilize techniques grounded in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness.

I have extensive experience treating addiction issues, working with the LGBTQIA community and also treat a wide range of issues including anxiety and depression.
