About

I have provided therapeutic services for over 20 years to a multitude of clients. I work with individuals from all ethnic and sexual orientation backgrounds experiencing a variety of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and relational issues. My therapeutic approach utilizes components of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy. I am dedicated to assisting individuals on their journeys to more fulfilled lives.

I frequently utilize the CBT technique of cognitive reframing or cognitive restructuring to assist clients with identifying and challenging thoughts that may negatively impact how they feel. Utilizing psychodynamic principles, I work with clients on developing insight and understanding of how their past may be impacting their present thinking and behavior.

For those who decide you are ready to begin a therapeutic journey, I commend your bravery. If you are reading this you, it means you have considered allowing me on your journey. Whether we connect or you ultimately connect with another, I wish you all the best on your self-exploration.
