About

My best work is with children, teenagers, and young adults. Many of my clients come to my office on the account of anxiety, depression, ADHD, racism, and PTSD including religious and sexual trauma. Most of my clients are searching for acceptance, healing, coping strategies and emotional support. I provide a safe emotional space necessary for the healing process and find much fulfillment from my career. I also strive to make therapy exciting and lean into my fun loving and playful personality to ensure that therapy is enjoyable for all involved.

Drawing on multiple modalities such as Bowen Family Systems, CBT, EFT, DBT, IFS, and Attachments Theory, I aim to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of my clients. I am a strong believer that no one modality fits all and the importance of actively collaborating with my clients to ensure their unique needs are met.

At 2, my dad divorced my mom and brought me and my siblings with him from Taiwan to America. At 3, my dad remarried and I gained 4 new Korean/American siblings in addition to my 4 Chinese/American siblings. At 8, my dad died due to stage 4 colon cancer. These experiences have shaped me. Through Gods grace I have been healed. Now, It’s my turn to give back.
