About

As of 10/30/24: Caseload full, accepting clients for waitlist. I work individually with adults, helping those who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma or identity development. I believe that the therapeutic relationship allows people to consider alternative ways of examining their thoughts and emotional responses. I strive to help people develop a more positive relationship with their thoughts and emotions in order to struggle less with daily stressors in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who practices an eclectic therapeutic style that adapts to each client’s individual needs and goals. I am trained in EMDR, and I utilize a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to my work, incorporating aspects of unconditional positive regard Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

If you find that you struggle to identify your goals, we can work together to identify current and historical mental and emotional struggles and develop the language to define these goals. I am LGBTQ+ inclusive, poly-accepting, anti-racist and maintain space within therapy for individuals to explore and determine their identity on their own terms.
