About

Relationship health is mental health. We never feel good when in conflict with our partner or family member (or in conflict with our own emotions). I help folx experience themselves more deeply, more kindly, and provide support with life's challenges and losses. Anxiety, depression, men's issues, trauma symptoms, and feeling stuck in life are areas I often help work through. My approach includes emotional mindfulness, spiritual perspectives, trauma recovery, and practical and relational skills for partnership and parenting.

Couples therapy is a primary specialty of my practice. No relationship is low maintenance, and we all got room to grow from the patterns we inherited from our families. Couples therapy is helpful to relationships in crisis, at a crossroads, or simply wanting deeper levels of intimacy and connection.

I aim to create relationships based on trust, directness, creativity, humor, and acceptance. Taking the first step can be difficult. Send me an email and let's set up a complimentary video consult to meet.
