Do you find it difficult to maintain a healthy connection with yourself, which in turn affects your relationships with others? Feelings of shame, guilt, judgment, and self-doubt can become intrusive and impact your daily thoughts, behaviors, and overall mental and physical well-being. If left unaddressed, these feelings can lead to isolation, low energy, depression, and anxiety. As F.M. Alexander once said, "People do not decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their futures." Exploring your thoughts and habits that no longer serve you can open a pathway toward a more fulfilling life and greater happiness. Therapy can be an invaluable tool in improving self-awareness, strengthening confidence, developing self-compassion, and building trust in oneself and others. I work with individuals/couples from a range of backgrounds, expressions of gender, and sexual orientation. My goal is to assist you in developing a plan enabling you to express yourself freely and authentically. Our sessions aim to promote personal growth by exploring topics such as attachment styles, anxious thoughts, defense mechanisms/coping patterns.
