I care about your mental health! I am passionate about helping others heal from past hurts, find freedom in areas of struggle, grow in confidence, and thrive in life and relationships. Whether you want to pursue healing and freedom from past wounds or need tools to help you navigate the waters of stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, or parenting, I can help. I am fully trained in EMDR, which is a powerful tool for working with trauma. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities as well as a number of private practices. I love being able to come alongside people from all walks of life to help them heal and grow into the unique and wonderful individuals they were made to be. I am a licensed professional counselor and have been in Christian ministry for almost 30 years. I have been married for 24 years. I have five beautiful children, and one cute little grandson.
