Everyone has their own path in life and their own meanings to make from their experiences. I see therapy as a place to uncover connections between past and present relationships, emotions and experiences and discover how you are willing to live. Together, we will explore your desires, emotional states, existential questions, and patterns of relationships as a way to connect more deeply with yourself. For those who are interested in outdoor therapy, I offer walk and talk therapy on local trails. I use a relational approach combined with mindfulness and body-focused psychotherapy that engages in deep meaningful dialogue to evoke situations where healing can happen. Through mutual dialogue, you can explore symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, existential, spiritual and other emotional issues while finding your authentic voice. Together, we will establish an environment where you can be deeply heard, seen, and valued. I accept all parts, feelings, and experiences, even those that you may hide from others.
