My name is Mason Nutter, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I approach therapy in a very person-centered and collaborative way. I am particularly focused on anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use, and relapse prevention. I have worked in the mental health field for many years. I have treated patients with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, and substance abuse disorders. I have primarily worked with adult individuals. I use different approaches, centering on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I incorporate elements of motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy. I also incorporate elements of relapse prevention. I try to focus on a collaborative approach. You are the expert on your own experience and it is through teamwork that we will find what is most effective for you. I am person-centered and consider myself your ally and support in the work we will do.
