Hello, my name is MaryEllen Leger. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I would love to help you find your answers. Together we can utilize various therapy techniques that are best suited to you so that you can find your peace and happiness. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you, such as stress, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I utilize various approaches to therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy among others. Together we will find what is best suited to you. I utilize an open communication style where you are free to express yourself however you feel most comfortable, and where you are not judged. I will actively listen and welcome you to freely share what you chose to at your own pace. My goal is for you to feel very comfortable and never pressured.
