About

Are you struggling with issues of depression or anxiety? I have been working for the past 15 years to help people of all ages identify and overcome the obstacles that prevent them from feeling comfortable in their life, their relationships and their work. Together we can focus on these problems and move beyond them. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, gender/sexuality or health issues.

I utilize psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindful awareness techniques which are shaped to the individual. The goal is to increase your insight and awareness which allows you to use the skills needed in making new choices to manage the many challenges we all face.

I worked at Four Winds Hospital on both the adult and adolescent units and have been in private practice for the past ten years. I have a strong yoga/meditation practice which infuses much of my work and philosophy, this helps to provide tools that my clients find useful on many levels. Saturday hours available.
