I actually admire clients who show the courage to open up difficult areas of their lives to a complete stranger since we all need another perspective from time to time. May I be found worthy of your trust? I excel with adolescents, individuals, trauma, substance abuse, and parenting issues. I custom-tailor therapy to each individual. My favorite modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Client-Centered Therapy, Gestalt, and a psychodynamic approach. Having studied Theology, I am able to offer a Christian, Biblically-based approach if so desired. Without a comfortable and healthy therapeutic relationship, I feel most therapy fails. Therefore a relaxed and calming atmosphere with trust is what I endeavor to provide.
