About

Finding the courage to seek support is a powerful first step toward reclaiming your voice and purpose. It can feel overwhelming when stress, anxiety, or a sense of disconnection makes personal growth seem out of reach. As a dedicated therapist, I’m here to guide you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. With specialized training and experience in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), emotional, physical, and sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, and phobias, my goal is to create a safe space for individuals from diverse backgrounds to explore, grow, and heal.

The therapies I utilize are Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained Level 2 through the IFS institute, and I am EMDRIA trained in Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR- therapy), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My therapeutic approach is customized to the needs of the individual. I look forward to supporting your path forward.

I believe in the innate capacity of individuals to heal and grow, often needing guidance and support along the way. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your journey and develop long-term solutions tailored to your needs. I offer both online and in-person sessions, with in-person appointments available on Tuesdays.
