Hello. My name is Mary Radaker, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have 18 years of experience in the counseling field and am competent in many treatment approaches. I value my clients' input into the therapeutic process and work to create a safe and relaxed environment which clients feel comfortable in. My areas of expertise are trauma, Addictions, Anxiety, Depression as well as Grief and Loss. I work with ages 17 to 75 and have worked with many different diagnoses. These include Anxiety Disorders, Addictions, Eating Disorders, Bi-polar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and other thought disorders, Grief and Loss and PTSD and associated Trauma. I taught High School Science and felt that many of my students were impacted by anxiety, depression, and other MH issues which were never addressed by the school, or the parents did not know where to go for help. I wanted to get into the Counseling Field as I felt this would be a career that would suit my personality and goal of helping people.
