About

I work with people seeking positive change, healing, and an understanding from past experiences. In therapy sessions with me, you determine pace and depth, and I gently guide the process to help you safely navigate feelings and provide helpful, friendly feedback. I offer individual therapy to adults that may be experiencing burn out, low motivation, life transitions, and anxiety. I also have a background in healthcare and happily see first responders and healthcare workers in my practice. View 6 Photos

My primary focus is to best model what a positive, trusting relationship feels like and how we can use connection to heal. I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT and EMDR to help support and create tools for healing, emotional regulation and coping skills.

With compassion, authenticity and humor here and there, I help clients understand themselves and relationships better in order to find some relief. Please give me a call for a free phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.
