I offer individual therapy to adults that may be experiencing burn out, low motivation, life transitions, and anxiety. I also have a background in healthcare and happily see first responders and healthcare workers in my practice. I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT and EMDR to help support and create tools for healing, emotional regulation and coping skills.
